Ron Bauer established R.B. & Associates in April of 1980. Ron’s first office was located in his home. After three months, he moved the business to downtown Plano, Illinois to accommodate his rapidly growing business. The business is now housed on the second floor of 4 West Main Street, housing other businesses on the lower level. Effective January 1, 2004, the business incorporated as R B & Associates Land Surveyors, Inc. We employ several full-time staff year round.

To date, R B & Associates Land Surveyors, Inc. has completed over 14,000 lot and farm surveys as large as 2000 acres, and four cemetery additions. We provided the computer mapping for community fire protection districts used for enhanced 911 dispatching for city and rural. We have provided research for school district boundaries and prepared district wide maps and indexes depicting attendance centers and voting districts.
