Ron Bauer established R.B. & Associates in April of 1980. Ron’s first office was located in a second floor corner of his home. After three months, he moved the business downtown and relocated three additional times through 1989 to accommodate his rapidly growing business. The business is now housed on the second floor of 4 West Main Street, housing other businesses on the lower level. Effective January 1, 2004, R. B. & Associates became incorporated, now known as R B & Associates Land Surveyors, Inc. We employ several full-time staff year round.

To date, R B & Associates Land Surveyors, Inc. has completed over 13,000 lot surveys & farm surveys varying from two acres to 1500 acres, and three cemetery additions. We provided the computer mapping for community fire protection districts used for enhanced 911 dispatching for city and rural. Recently we have an on-going project providing maps, indexes, and etc. for local school districts due to their rapid growth.
