LOMA Surveys

A survey showing the existing contours and improvements for "Letter Of Map Amendment"
Basis of the surveys provided to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for flood insurance purposes
Used for applying to FEMA so all or part of your property may be removed from flood insurance requirements
Once a LOMA has been granted, it becomes a part of the property and is transferred to new owners releasing them from purchasing flood insurance when having a mortgage
